When  it comes to music that has to do with the act of 'worship'
Nigerian Gospel artistes are really doing good and moving the world greatly by enhancing and promoting the acts of Worship in the lives of believers. One very important ingredient in the life of any believer is to know how to Worship His maker
Because as your praises goes up His blessings come down. Nigeria as a nation that loves God loves to Worship Him too.

 That is why you would hear of many musical praise /worship concerts being organised like The Embrace -  an annually organised musical concert  by Foursquare Gospel Church,  The Experience -  a  very large musical concert which usually pull a lot of crowds and have Top Gospel artistes in attendance both local and international,  Night of 365 Halleluyah -  A wonderful musical and prayer concert organised annually by Pastor Olaitan Aromolaran the Senior Pastor of Joy cometh ministries and so on these programmes usually have top musical artistes  in attendance which pulls crowd all over the world in attendance  leading  people to the Throne of God to praise and worship .. Some of which are Tim Godfrey and the Xtreme,  Tope Alabi & her  crew members,  The covenant,  Sammie Okposu,  Lara George,  Frank Edwards,  Sinach,  Shola Allynson,  Nathaniel Bassey,  and lot more.

These guys are really doing great not only here in Nigeria but all over the world reaching lives to Worship and receive from God.
Nigeria as a nation who loves God keeps producing new upcoming Gospel artistes almost everyday.  One of these that I would like to write about is 'THE PRESERVED CREW'
I know you must have heard of the Preserved Crew.... Right?? *winks* and if you have not at all then you must be sleeping on a bike ooooo..

The preserved Crew is a group of 7 preserved,  energetic and talented  young guys ( All male),  who does fine Gospel music.. The first time I met these guys sincerely I was amazed on how God can really use people to Worship and give Him praise.  This Guys knows what it really means to Worship.. Like Tim Godfrey and the Xtreme these guys will blow your mind.
They had been all over the country in churches  to ministers in songs , on radio stations, pulling crowds in almost all University campuses here in Nigeria,  organised musical  shows and still counting. These guys are committed to building true worshippers who would know what it means to Worship and give God their sincere worship in spirit and in truth. ... Now before it looks as if my talk talk too much below is a short profile of each member of the Preserved crew... Check it out:



1. ONASANWO ADEDAYO: Dayo is a Talented pianist, who can also play the saxophone, Bass and lead guitar.  He is a good singer too,  He is the current music director of RCCG The Levites Assembly @ onipanu Lagos. He is a music student in Tenstrings music school in Lagos and also resides in Lagos. Dayo can really blow your mind when it comes to playing the musical instrument.. Watch out for him.... Lol.

2. ADETULA DAMOLA: Damola is a powerful vocalist,  whose voice  always gets the attention of the Heavens.  He is a worshipper,  currently a lead vocalist in RCCG.  He is from Ondo state and resides in Lagos too.

3. EMMANUEL BASSEY:  Emmanuel is a wonderful vocalist and a great dancer.  He has this unique way of praising God with his voice and dance steps. He is a student of National open University of Nigeria.  He is from cross river state and also resides in Lagos.

4. OMOTUYI RAPHEAL: Raphael is a very good vocalist and an awesome drummer too.. Chai this guy too sabi.. He is a student of University of Lagos.  He is from Ondo state and resides in Lagos as well.

5. AILERU DARE : Dare. Is an Amazing Saxophonist who by God's grace can lift your spirit man high up to the atmosphere of Worship. He is a student of Muson music school,  he is from Ogun state and resides in Lagos as well.

6. TAIWO MATTHEW ISHOLA : Matthew is a very powerful lead vocalist,  who God has used in so many ways to minister life to people through the  act of Worship.  He is a graduate of the University of Lagos, currently a lead vocalist in living waters church.  He resides in Lagos.

7. TOBI AYOOLA: Tobi is a talented bassist who does his thing well....this guy has depth of sounds that will get you post in worship... He is a graduate of Federal college of Technology,  FCT Akoka,. He is from Ekiti State and resides in Lagos as well.

Shey you now see say this guys tight gaan.. As a matter of fact they are working currently on an Album that will be out very soon. But then they had already released two tracks now that is already all over the place in the country.

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has retired. Pastor Adebayo and Pastor J. O Obayemi Pastor Adeboye, on Saturday named a new General Overseer (GO), Pastor J.O Obayemi, as his his successor, ahead of his 75th birthday on 2 March. The new GO is Pastor Joshua Obayemi was appointed the new GO at the Annual Ministers Thanksgiving at Shimawa, in Ogun State. The newly appointed GO shall be the General overseer of R. C. C. G in Nigeria only.  Pastor Adebayo remains the General overseer of R. C. C. G worldwide. I. E the whole 192 nations and still counting that R. C. C. G has reached.  The newly appointed GO was the former Special Assistant to the General Overseer (SATGO) on Finance.
